This is so terrible, but I have too much to do to dig in immediately.

You want to know what Crawford (that's me) is doing with all that substack money aside from spending two or three hundred dollars a week on research help? I guarantee you it's not as much as I'd be doing with the 7-figures I made over my last trading year. I can retire into a beach mansion out of sight of the world and dodge this fight altogether. I gave up the vast majority of my income to get involved.

But this is what your readers need to see: that you were not interested in interacting with me to find out anything before casting aspersions to poison the well. You don't even bother to spell my name correctly.

I'm not an anonymous person who doesn't have to interact with the world, as you are. I'm a math textbook author who enjoys training International Mathematical Olympiad medalists in my free time. My background includes statistical genetics (I was teaching modeling techniques at the age of 17 to biologists at the human genome project to help them step into the new world of genetics), perfect scores on all the actuarial exams taken, and was hired to run one of the world's large quant trading accounts at the age of 20, which is likely an entirely unique story.
